Domestic Shipping (Orders Process Within 1-2 Business Days):
We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping within the United States. Typical delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that severe weather, holidays, and other unforeseen events may impact delivery times. We do not guarantee delivery times for USPS shipments.
Overnight and expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require these services so we can provide accurate rates and timelines.
International Shipping (Orders Process Within 1-2 Business Days):
International orders are shipped via USPS. Once the package leaves the United States, it will be handed over to the destination country’s local postal service for final delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks, but this may vary depending on the destination, local postal operations, and customs processing.
Expedited international shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange faster delivery and receive a custom shipping quote.
International Tracking Information:
International orders will get tracking numbers but tracking service is available to selected destinations only. For other countries, if tracking is needed please request a quote for FedEx or UPS.

International Customs Fees + Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
All domestic shipments are insured for up to $100 through USPS. If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS for reimbursement. When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address that does not get delivered properly. We are also NOT responsible for stolen packages, please ensure that your delivery address is safe and secure and/ or there is someone you trust at the destination when placing an order with us. If package theft is a common issue in your area, we strongly recommend signature confirmation delivery for added security. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like this service so we can provide accurate rates and arrange it for you. Once delivery is confirmed with our Carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) the package is out of our hands.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability and provide a quote. Once your package leaves the United States and is handed over to the destination country’s local postal service, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. USPS tracking updates beyond the United States are only available for select countries. If your country’s postal system does not support international tracking, we are not liable for lost or untracked shipments. If your local postal service is known for unreliable tracking or delivery, we strongly recommend upgrading to a private courier service such as UPS or FedEx for better reliability and full tracking.
